Nice to meet you!

My name is Ellise Stager, and I am a singer, actor, and dancer born and raised in Colorado. Now based in New York City, I'm in my senior year at CAP21 Conservatory at Molloy University.

Theater is important to me because I want to inspire others as I was inspired. I aspire to teach others, especially rambunctious little girls, that anything is possible. It might be a cliché, but I choose to look at it as classic! Theater is the place where the imagination can run its wildest. Where the veil between dreams and reality is at its thinnest. Where for the briefest of moments, magic is real. I want to create that magic for others. 

 

In addition to theater, I pursue joy by creating art just for me! I love figure skating, songwriting, drawing and painting, and other crafts. I also enjoy hiking, baking, reading, and wrangling my cat, Poppy!
